Baiyun Airport Sets Up 3 Last Call Check-in Counters

It was learned from the Baiyun Airport that there has been a marked increase in passenger flow at the airport. In order to facilitate passengers' check-in formalities, the Baiyun Airport has sent more staff to the high-density Shift Leader's Counters, Information Desks, and Abnormal Flight Counters.

There are always several No-Shows occurring at the Baiyun Airport due to passengers own causes and, according to rough statistics, on January 19 alone, the number of passengers who didn't handle their check-in procedures at the counter on time and didn't board their aircraft at Baiyun Airport totaled 215.

The Baiyun Airport reminds passengers that it has set up 3 Last Call Check-in Counters ( E8, L9 and K16 at the corresponding check-in islands), which are the fast check-in counters for those passengers who didn't handle their check-in procedures within the recommended 30 to 45 minutes before the closure of their flights.

Passengers who arrive at the airport after the normal closure time for their flights should contact the Shift Leader's Counters immediately. The staff on duty will direct the passengers to handle flight change procedures at the ticket office of corresponding airline companies. These counters are E10, K13, and L11.
