Welcome to Asia's largest hotel supplies exhibition. The Guangzhou Hotel Equipment & Supply Exhibition annually held by Guangdong Fo Xing Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is a well-known trade fair where hospitality equipment and supply, coffee, food and beverage from over 30 countries including China, US, Germany and France concentrate. Through 22 years efforts, the Guangzhou International Hotel Equipments and Supplies Exhibition is getting better and bigger,last exhibition covered an area of300,000 square meters, it will be 300,000 square meters this 23rd Exhibition. At the appointed time, we will invite ten thousands hospitality buyers and dealers from all over China and overseas to visit the expo.
1). 9-11 Dec 2016: exhibitors arriving and preparation. (9: 00am-5: 00pm)
2). 12-14 Dec 2016: doing business
3). 14 Dec 2016: leaving (2: 00pm)
(1) 7800 Yuan for an international-standard display stand, 2000 dollars for foreign companies. 20% more for the corner stand. The international-standard display stand are provided with a desk, 2 chairs, a lighting tube, a socket and a company¡¯s lintel.
(2) 820 Yuan for the vancant place/ square meter, 200 dollars for foreign companies,£šat least 27 squaremeters£©, no equipments are supplied in vacant place, U should pay 30 yuan per square meter (hall admission) for Other structures.And also pay for electricity and the charge for fridge.
l Hotel/restaurant Supplies: kitchen equipment, catering equipment, refrigeration, laundry facilities, bathroom equipment, lobby furniture and articles, desks, gold and silverware, chinaware, glass vessels, anti-theft systems, consumables, hotel cloths and fabrics, hotel uniforms, hotel electrical appliances, etc.
l Cleaning Devices and Products: vacuum cleaners, dryers, floor wipers, floor cleaners, polishers, hoisting devices, waste cans, sprayers, cleaning detergents, stain removers, hand dryers, hand washing detergents, sterilizers, toilet detergents, stone maintenance equipment, air purifiers, etc.
l Hotel/restaurant Furniture: guest room furniture, outdoors furniture, banquet chairs, conference tables, assembly platforms, hotel furniture transport, etc.
l Recreation and Entertaining Facilities: aquatic sports, balls for sports, fitness equipment, sauna facilities, sunlight canopies, Karaoke management software, amusement devices and facilities, etc.
l Coffee and Tea Sets: coffee and tea, coffee and tea filters, coffee making and filtering machines, beverage machines, seasoning and syrups, ceramics, hotel food, healthy food and soups, etc.
l Consulting Services: hotel information technology and equipment, Video on Demand (VOD), networking, training and management courses, etc.
5.Application Form and Process
1£©Complete the application form, and send it to us by mail or fax with your legal stamp.
2£©On receiving the filled-out application form, we assume the contract of participation will automatically take effect.
3£©A 50% of the booth rental as a non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days after the contract has been entered into. The balance shall be paid no later than one month before the exhibition opens. Otherwise, the booths will not be held.
4£©Exhibitors are required to pay the booth rental through remittance or by checks. Please make sure the name of the organizer is written in the title field. Cash and checks without the organizer¡¯s name on will not be accepted. Exhibitors who fail to follow the regulations shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage thus caused.
